It's not the size that is the problem It's the fact that they are now an unnatural shape. Natural breasts hang there with the topside pulled straight an a beautiful smooth curve under them. These ones don't you can clearly see that they have silicon bags in them.

To some people it's only size that matters so any boost will be an improvement, others like them looking completely natural so that any unusual shape will put them off and I suspect most of us are somewhere in between though there are people who prefer them looking "enhanced" to natural.
