Nope not everyone loses. A production who "destroys" a girl and make them leaving business wins. Because they have a rather exclusive scene if a girl leaves biz as soo as possible after they shot her.

You are absolutely correct. With "everyone loses" I meant our industry (models, fans, all other producers) as a whole loses when a girl quits on bad terms. I completely agree with the 'bad incentive' to destroy a girl in order to gain some sort of exclusivity over her. It's awfully unethical business but it happens.
