Porn Removed By Copyright From Free Streaming Sites?

So I notice that some porn videos posted on free streaming sites like eporner get removed a bit later. So I notice sometimes videos are posted on this site and then when I check the video later, it shows the message of the video removed due to copyright. Some examples of these videos would be premiumbukkake videos or old porn videos or old BTS scene videos or DVD videos from a while back.

The thing that has me confused is how does this happen? Does the production company manually check these streaming sites or use programs that automatically check if videos from their company are posted on sites and then get reported? So once it gets reported, how long does it take for that free porn streaming site to look at the complaint and then remove the video? The thing is lot of other free streaming site videos still have these videos though. Is there a reason why they show up there? There is one particular site that seems to have a lot of these videos available. So production companies can't have those videos removed?

The thing is I understand if it's new content like new porn videos from premiumbukkake. However, why does this happen to old porn videos and BTS videos that are videos from a long time ago? The thing is these companies are still active then? I notice some BTS scenes getting removed and old DVD videos getting removed on eporner. One series that I cannot seem to find specific scenes is urabukkake which is a Japanese bukkake site. I tried to find Angelique Lapiedra urabukkake scenes and it's hard to find anywhere online. Is there a reason for this? The other thing is I know that Australian pornstar Annie Knight did a scene with over 500 guys. I can't find that specific video anywhere. Is it available on her website? So wouldn't someone download it and then post it online somewhere like how most videos are posted?

Just noticed this...

Copyright lasts for 70 years and it does NOT matter if it is Schindler's List or some " meat and potato" home porn. So look for porn from 1956 or earlier.

The thing that has me confused is how does this happen? Does the production company manually check these streaming sites

We have retained a company which has a software which codes "invisible bits" into each of our videos. Their software then scans billions of locations and once finds these coded bits removes the videos( mostly) by filing DMCA report. About 90 % offenders remove the content. The 10% who do not will get reported to Google and Google removes them from search. In our case after about initial 3,000 illegal copies 5 years ago when we retained this company, it is maybe down to about 50 new removals/month. It prevented us from going out of business.

Is there a reason why they show up there?

ALL tubes and file sharing sites live from adds. Adds get paid by clicks... More clicks more money for the tubes. Therefore they put up just about any pirated stuff just to get clicks. The same applies to pirates and thieves, they also get paid by tubes based on clicks, so it is the same " more clicks pirate gets more money he makes" ... So, lets say there is 100 tubes to which ( and now automatically) the pirate posts 1,000 stolen videos. He may get 100,000 clicks a day by sitting on his ass and laughing how stupid the producers are.... It is a vicious circle. Pirate gets " killed" by the tube, next day he does it again with different e mail... and the circle continues

The thing is lot of other free streaming site videos still have these videos though.

Thieves located in Ukraine, Russia , Moldova etc ignoring copyright rules and the law cannot reach them...and the circle continues.. It is a fact of life stealing is considered almost normal.
