Even if the person who chatted would have agreed in this chat, that's still not a signed model release. How long are you in biz? As producer and actor you should know already that without signed model release one can NOT publish or stream content of persons and earn cash with it. Asia now has the right to sue, could be easily a couple of thousand euros.
