I don't know if you mean one night stands by "first date" but there was a girl I knew from the school, we had a date (first date?) and came home, had sex, and yes, there was anal...and with gapes. Depends on what you mean by "date". If you're talking about the beginning of a relationship, getting to know each other, falling in love... then there will probably be no sex on the first date (and no anal sex, for that matter)... in the US or Europe alike.
If you're talking about one night stands, picking up some promiscuous girl in a club... I could very well imagine that, if she's into anal, she will do it with you.
