I just spent 3 weeks in Russia filming a documentary film titled "POLITICS, SEX and VODKA". Last Sunday I spent the afternoon with the beautiful and sooo sexy Juliana Grandi. What a smart and down to earth young women she is. I really enjoyed my time with her. This industry can certainly use more girls like her. She is a prime example of why I have loved the EuroBabe's so much over the years. I just wanted to say a big thanks to Juliana and wish her continued and bigger successes with her career and business ventures. Hopefully I will be doing some more collaborations with her in the future. I will post a few screen grabs from our interview when I have a chance. I just stepped off the plane from Russia...

I heard about this, Tommy, sounds very interesting. Juliana tells all on the Spb scene (without naming names of course

I understand this is slated for US cable TV.. Do you know what station yet? I know you just finished shooting, but any idea about when it might air?

"POLITICS, SEX and VODKA" takes a look at the current sexual culture in Russia. 2009 is the 20th year anniversary of the fall of Communism and the Berlin Wall. Since 1989 there have been a lot changes within Russia and we attempted to find out if sex was one of them. We talked with and interviewed many different Russian people, in order to learn their opinions concerning sex in a post Communist society. We spoke with adult movie maker Sergei Pryanishnikov of SP Company and his family. We also spoke with Doctors and Sex Educators, Erotic artists and Photographers, Adult Movie Actresses and an Adult Movie Director and many more. We stopped people in public parks and asked there opinion as well. We tried to get a cross section of many different views. There will be a lot of sexy and erotic visuals to support the interviews as well. Juliana Grandi is certainly one of them ;)

It will take at least a few months to put together. I will be posting info and a link to the promotional website when it is up and running. I am crossing my fingers that we have something interesting here for people to see.

Yes Juliana Grandi gave us some eye opening information on the Spb scene... without mentioning any names of course ;)

Tommy, was it? What are your main findings? Your thesis so to speak?
Very intersting project!
I wish you luck!

Oh yea, big changes since the fall of communism. There has been a sexual revolution of sorts, even if it is a bit underground. 20 years ago people would have disappeared for the things they are sexually involved with today.

Forgot to mention that the show will have multiple versions edited and available, from soft mainstream to XXX.

Are we really supposed to believe that US pornstars Alektra Blue and Christine Alexis are working at some Russian private club?

The 1989 "Fall of the Berlin Wall" is generally accepted as the beginning of the end of communism in the former soviet union.

I don't want to get into a discussion on this but that "20 years after" thing doesn't seem to be more than a gimmick. It would be true for other countries of the Warsaw Pact but doesn't apply to the Soviet Union and its successors.

This said, I'm deeply intrigued by your work and I hope that we can have the opportunity to see it in Europe.
