She is kinda difficult to manage, so we gave up months ago, all the other agents can work with her (if they can wishing good luck for them)... Well, she is not the only one difficult to manage, you cannot imagine how stupid Hungarian girls can be, when looking after work. If you give them many jobs, they doesn't care, they go to other agents, AND, and that is the bigger problem, they go cheap productions, working basically for Hungary, for half of the money, they can earn with 1st class producers. I am working now with many girls, and they have minimum 2-3 good jobs a week, and the internet is not full with their jobs' tgp and fhg galleries (basically, they are not working with 21sextury and ddfprod)... But they couldnt appear on EBI, cause their jobs has not been released yet. For example, I launched a girl in the biz a 6 weeks ago, and in the first 2.5 weeks she got 7 jobs from me (she did only single), and her net fees were alltogether around 2000 euros (with single its a more than good earning). After I said to her: ok, you couldn't do singles always, so what about doing g/g, or even b/g with your boyfriend. She said no... After I was calling her for single jobs, no answer to calls and sms's...
