Populations in Central Europe are so mixed, passports dont tell much anyway.
Ethnic origin might do, but than again the question is wheter gipsy for instance really do fuck better than white girls as I tend to agree. But I guess its rather upbringing, social practice, teenage life experience and - in some places like Slovakia, Croatia or Poland - also religion.

Slovak girls are generally more traditional than Czech girls, this may make a difference in relationships.
But its a generalisation. All depends from girl to girl.
