From a technical aspect....hasn't the 21st network of sites been a source of many valid compaints for
a number of years now?
Of course...some of the problems haven't been their direct fault...but for sure...some of the
problems must have been.
Are the same tech people involved in this new 21st network overhaul?....or are new people involved?
(...the rumor has always been that that the 21st people simply don't care about complaints and
try to go about doing their things by trying to ignore most of the complaints etc.
I don't know how much of that is really true...and how much of it is false rumors started by
people out there who have something against 21st etc.
It's also been said that the 21st people try to save as much as they can on techinal expenses by
hiring people that don't really fully know what they are doing...some or most of the time.
..again...those could just be more false rumors started by 21st's competitors etc....but false rumors
or not...there always does seem to be a hint or ring of truth in the reality of certain situations/problems.)
generally apart from the most recent problems I've had a good expeciance.
One Older videos was down sometime ago, the file was corrupt. Emailed in, reply came quite quick and I think it was repaired a few days later.
As to the current situation, its not that good but fingers crossed.
As to the website, its good that its consistant across all the sites. And I think the layout is perhaps a bit better. Switching between 'sites' is strange with the drop down menu. Also look a little bare. But apart from that all is good.
