I think you are spot on.

XXX 12 and XXX 14 should be the same based on back cover shots, which use the same shot for advertising on the back.

Extreme 2 looks to be the same as both of these based on the couple of shots I saw; unless, it's one of those weird cases where the girl is wearing the same outfit for her only DAP scenes. I only know of one such case, and that involves one of the girls in the Un-natural Sex series. ATM, her name escapes me.

Is this dpp? Sarah O'Neal in 'The Formula'

Anyway, the seeminly difficult to get Italian original was also released by H2/Hustler in the US and Colmax in France.
Maybe the covers helps someone to remember the scene:



For Hustler if it was a dap they`d almost certainly cut it out, if dpp it probabely could stay.

Finally got the Hustler/H2 US/Greek version of The Formula and this one defintely doenst contain either dpp or dap.
The rc scene of the ATV edition posted by fandango (originally in the DPPlist thread) is missing here completely. Sarah O`Neils post-dp rc anal scene lasts 1.57min.

Still trying to resolve this question around the possible 7th dap of Sarah O'Neil:
