Fake profile or not, what that person is pointing out is that the info on the pic is coming up with a 2013 date; so shot almost a year before turning 18.

Nobody was making naked pics of me before to be 18, but we don't care what this Pierre Woodman would make people think. He only makes scandal, and scandal attract the attention, so everything fine to me.
