Well, I've read the entire thread and I have a lot to tell and object.

I'm a citizen of Republic of Moldova.

From the point of view of laws and legality perspectives of porn in Moldova, I can assure you, here it will never happen (legalizing porn).
The corruption here is at the highest levels, but there are domains where corrupt politicians would never touch. And legalizing porn is one of them.
The main reason would be the objection of more than 95% of the population, and of course the Church would be involved in rejecting this proposal with the title "save the Christians".

Chisinau is the capital of the republic and its population is almost 25% from the entire population. There is a big difference from Chisinau and the rest of the country. While the Chisinau citizens are over the medium living level, the rest of population is below the lowest. And every day is a challenge for them to survive one more day.

This explains the situation with romanian passports, prostitution in other countries (Ukraine, Turkey, Italy, etc.).
Moldavian citizens with romanian passports use them to find a job, to study, to travel and so on ... Practically none of them would even think or accept an entering into porn.
The other citizens, most of them without any other passport except moldavian, they are from outside of Chisinau, with a low level of education and they may be very easy manipulated. This category is the subject of human trading and export.

Here is no concept of a porn agency. Most of the girls would not understand you what are talking about. They would treat you as a sex trafficker.

I cannot imagine some changes this domain in near future.
