Never forgert about Croatia and Montenegro! I know some years ago some Beach in Croatia was voted the most beautiful in the World...
And 21Sextury have shot many, many Scenes in Croatia...

Viv Thomas shoots a good number of movies and image sets at his really nice property located in southern Portugal.

I know of one other content producer that seems to shoot TONS of content(vids and pics) at a location somewhere also in southern Portugal.
This guy's work is pretty nice and it shows up on many different websites. (DDF, 21Sextury and many others.)
He shoots with many of the well known models.
Related to your avatar image....Sandra Shine shot many diferent sets with this content producer during a working trip to
Portugal about a year ago. (May or June 2010)
Sandra looked really GREAT in this guy's work...but well..that's Sandra's usual usual. ~
(..Sandra's work ended up being published on various DDF sites, 21Sextury sites and on infocusgirls.com...plus some other sites that I may not be fully aware of.)

You can go to any old television studio, e.g. where they shoot toothpaste commercials.
Build your porn set as follows. Start with the picture of a sunny beach on some tropical
island (e.g. Tahiti), and have it enlarged to about 4 x 2 meter. Fix it to a frame. Use
this picture as background. Now purchase a few cubic metres of sand, and create a little
sand beach. Next put a few palm trees on the sides. It is best to use real ones (from your
local garden centre), but you can also try plastic ones. Finally decorate the beach with
a few standard beach articles: shells, a towel, plastic spade and bucket, etc. Ready!

Bring in the performers, and shoot your tropical porn scene. Nobody will notice that
the set is "fake". Some may even think the scene was shot on location in Portugal !!!

If that water is actually located in Hungary...it could have possibly been shot at a number of different lake and/or river waterway locations.

To me..the most likely locations would probably be Lake Balaton or the Tizsa River.
(..and I wouldn't be so quick to discard the Danube River as a longshot possibility.)
...but I am no expert when it comes to lakes and waterways in Hungary..or the shooting of porn scenes related to any of those liquid locations.
