There are a number of ways I'm sure. There are some producers and maybe a few agencies which advertise that they are looking for models and then they ask what their willingness is as far as what type of work they want to do. I'm guessing they advertise online and in papers, probably in areas with a lot of young people like universities. Also probably through word of mouth. To some it is appealing to be able to make a few weeks pay in the time it takes to shoot a scene so they do it. I also think the reason why we are seeing so many gorgeous young girls who you would not traditionally think would do porn in the biz is because most of the porn is actually consumed by western Europe and North America, but many of the girls are from eastern Europe and Russia. So they can do a few scenes and maybe no one will ever know that they will meet, especially if they change their look up or something. Of course there are other factors, like wanting to be famous, and diminishing taboo and negative stigma of porn on mainstream society.

Also most girls, even porn stars I'm sure, don't simply want a rich husband. They want love.

I`d guess there is also a lot of networking in social and chat forums - be it done by agents or `boyfriends` makeing a few $$$ aside helping out with talent scouting. Just my guess, though. Anyway, the times in the 90ties when almost only the less attractive girls did anal at their start are definitely over!
