I wouldn't mind living together with her if she has a good personality and compatible. Performing for porn is no reason someone should be blacklisted or see a person as ineligible for life partnership. The word marriage is anathema to me - it just a piece of paper. If that's the case, it wont be simply because her videos came out, but because people were sharing her name and images of her modelling career alongside screens of the bukkakes, so she was easily identified...
