When and if you join you are getting billed by a billing agent, presently "ccbill.com" or "Epoch.com". Premiumbukkake do not handle your payments or cardnumber etc directly, they are getting payed by the billing agent. If you chose to cancel, you cancel through the billing agents support (If you are logged in as member you find links to these support sites at the bottom of the PB page), not through Premiumbukkake support.
What I mean with register without completing the process is, go to premiumbukkake.com, click on "Join", fill in a fake username, Password, Email and Payment type, klick on "Create my account", and you will see what kind of personal information you are requested to fill in to complete your membership. Then you can close the page. Nothing will happen as long as you do not complete the registration process by filling in all the fields on this page, including cardnumber, and klick on "Complete this Purchase".
