Every site is crying to shoot the first scene of a beautiful girl and they are ready to pay accordingly,if you prefer to pay high rates for a girl with 50 scenes.....
Concerning PW you have a very close profesional relationship with pavla so your point of view cannot be considered to be very neutral but maybe if she has not already appeared on hegre,met-art,W4B and so on that is because her agent has not done what she may have to plus being casted in a DP for your first scene(and at least not for 500 eur i wish)
may not be the smartest advice you could get.
