there is a simple solution as consumer to avoid girls getting exclusive (and a much lower variety of scenes), simply dont subscripe at such sites which imprison models. you can get the stuff for free anyway.

I disagree !!! Even if X-art is a competitor, I respect their policy, they offer girls lot of money, shoot very high quality movies and do all as they said. It's of course hard to fight against this but it's loyal in a way. Because of that the public can see some beauty taking cock which will have never accepted without such positives conditions. And, big difference with Sineplex for instance, they never complain that a girl is "blocked" for this or that by me because they understand it's not the truth.
So pushing here people to boycott company who try to do their best for their members, it's a huge mistake and just help the "tubes" honors like legal porno boss to be richer by making X-video or XNXX and all his tube getting more traffic and help him to kill people producing on a smaller level than what he can do.
Shame on piracy and all those who push on it ...

i am against piracy but also against exclusivity games. it both harms porn biz.

x-art doesnt do anal scenes if i am right, they also could shoot the girls without offering them exclusivity as they often pay 1000 eur for a simple bg shoot.

i doubt that in sum a model profits from these exclusive contracts as the do far less scenes than non-exclusives. also most of these girls are dumb if you offer them 2000 eur at once to sign a piece of paper they will do it without doing the math. cant imagine that is a good deal for them in the long run because of their lack of brain. models also already suffer enough from less jobs what pushs them into escort, now they also have to deal with power games between producers.

it is far better for whole biz and consumers if a girl does do many scenes with different producers for market prices than only a few ones as exclusives.

nekane sweet, candice luca, ukrainian red head hottie michelle... also recent great looking girls, all exclusive bg contracts.

this whole exclusive craze makes me so sick and i am pretty sure this is one more step for the biz into abyss. of course i also try to catch some exclusive scenes, but not by contracts or games. i simply try to shoot newcomers as soon as possible, probability that they quit after a few month is high these days. this works good for me.

As I am absolutly not a big fan of gape, ass-to-mout, and all the humiliating-girl-business, I am very happy that X-art happened to exist. And I hope they will keep up that way.
Now, talking about Pierre Woodman or other producers, you can't blame them, when they find a promising girl, to put her under contract.

1) It secures the girl as certain amount of cash for a limited time (even though, maybe she might have won more somewhere else)
2) It's juste the usual business. If a top model works for Elite, she can't work with Ford at the same time. Everybody does the same. I have no problem with that.

The only bad counterpart is when the girl makes the bad choice. 2 recent examples are

1) Angel Hott. It's a shame the whole business lost that girl because the 1st studio was just unable to take care of her and used her like a "fuckdoll" (http://www.eurobabeindex.com/snippets/s ... 803_083346) ----> last sentence : "my sources says she is a total fuckdoll".... didn't you think she might be just a shy and fragile girl ???
2) Hika : needless to say more.

You took two bad sample concerning the girls.
Angel Hott and Ashley Stillar ( Hika ) are mentaly very unstable. Even if I can agree there was other way to treat them from begining, they are very difficult in mind and sweet or bad with them doesn't change anything about the way they handle their life. I was the coolest guy of the world with both of them and anyway it was very complicate to pass just a simple day with them.
Delphine is also a very complicate girl, already her first agent as give up and the second is not far to do the same.
So exclusivity can have a sens until you have a serious model in front of you. I wanted set up a long range business with Delphine and for more than a year I keep my word by not publish any of her work for me in order to not put her in trouble with her school, but she went to Ibiza shooting with a competitor one month before the end of her school and without tell me or her agent anything ...
This is because of this kind of shit things that I do not have signed any girls since 2008 and I do not block anybody as lot of people like to pretend on the internet !!!

the top adult models always lose with an exclusive contract as they are often newcomers and have no market know how nor a good manager. why you think productions offer them contracts? simply because they win. everyone else, models, agents, competitors and consumers loses.

these exclusive bg models are top notch they would get plenty of jobs even during hard times.

but also this exclusive shit games seems to be a czech thing, there agency and model market is just one big mess. in hungary they have great agencies who do a good job and you can get all the models you want without any games. but in czech? the promising newcomers first stay hidden, do a couple bg scenes, than get exclusive or when they finally get listed at other agencies they dont do bg anymore. czech market is really annoying to me.
