hey guys i just asked about the name of her tooth paste, it wasnt my intention to start a debate about porn biz principles.

best czech agencies?! when i think about most czech agencies and how they hide and burn there fresh faces i could lose my good mood instantly. i can just advice each new model to start managing them self with a good fb profile, so u will get much more jobs.

Sorry but Cineplex is a very cheap company and I could even put here some personnal email from the boss who complain to Agencies in Prague that model are too much expensives and they should not let Woodman paid them well because it's bad for business !!! I have in my personnal collection a hidden video of BTS on their stage with some pearl like this one:

This looks like really bad black PR, the more as the second substance isnt legal at all.
I wonder why you producers need to fight each other with such hard punches instead of going easy and rather unite against anti-porn drives from autorities.
One thing seems clear...the crisis ridden market will level the prices anyway.

I disagree with it !!! When you are between the hands of Model-Mania or PavlaModels you can be sure they will never send you for a porn shoot at 200 euros but UnitedModels yes she will and even will push you to accept to give your asshole for an "extra" 1000 kr ( 40 euros ! ) like they did with Sweet Cat at end of october ...
So FB is the garantee to be alone when you will have your appointment with the producer and of course all will depend of your personnality then, same if you go to the court for a trial without a lawyer ... this is what I do, but I do not recommand everyone to do it. Same with FB, if Blue Angel is going alone to see a producer and if Lucianna Karel go alone, you can be sure the second one will be totally smashed in five seconds ...

Did you see me start this kind of thing, just once ??? Never, and I think also we have better to do than fight each other, but even if deeply I never have taken care since 20 years about what people said in my back, I like to tell what I think when someone attack me. In a way it's always a good sign when people are jealous, speak wrong about you and at same time copy your work, etc ...
When I started to shoot the castings, all word said I was just an idiot but today almost everybody do it ...
Here I can read some people are "dispointed" to see an angel like Jenny Appach fucked hard by Ian Scott or me, but what do they have better to propose in B/G with her ????
NOTHING !!!
And if one day they get her like some people get Dido Angel few years after me, at this time I will still have some "train" in advance with other exclusives at this moment ...
So I let barking the dogs behind me and just rush on the road like I do since always !!!

of course if a model hasnt at least a bit the blood of a business woman (negotiate, asking for references, etc)and almost speaks no english she can get trouble with managing herself and should rely on agencies. but in that case to stay independent as much as possible a model should never rely at only one agency.

united wastes there fresh faces with bg scenes in czech backyard productions. how can an agencies send inexperienced newcomers to make boy girl scenes with 80 year old creepy guys who even have trouble to get a hard one with viagra?! they publish their new models on there main page after several months and only if their main clients already burned them. than if you try to book them it is not possible because that new model already stopped after bad experience!

pavla for sure is best casting agency in czech republic, but i really wonder if i see almost 20 new girls in casting section each month, many of them never show up with work at ebi. several times i requested specific models from pavlas and she was never able to arrange even one of them for market prices, only got some excuses. but when i requested these models from another agency for the same time frame it suddenly worked. fact is some agents simply dont forward jobs to some models.

especially in pavlas case i bet she could only make a living from that cooperation with you, so i guess she really dont care about models (after they worked with you) or other (smaller) productions. because she must not care about a few jobs more or less per month that much... but the models do care.

it is understandable and good for models that good agencies try to hold prices as high as possible, but the truth simply is that market prices of mainstream models for bg classic are down. piracy took its toll not only from producers and publishers, these guys can at least optimize their costs when turnovers decrease. but what can models do? nothing except start escorting, so piracy hits the (mainstream) models most by getting less jobs and less money in the industry. but thats another topic...
