Maybe people have become careless because STDs are considered to be curable (even HIV is manageable and no longer thought of as a death sentence).
Maybe legislation is necessary to ensure proper STD testing. At the moment everything is voluntary.b

amazing that people in the business dont realize how much of a negative effect this will have. the agencies as well as the girls from the country will become listed as "hazardous" and then its gonna b damn hard for them to get work. this also affects the industry in general and causes more and more ppl to stay away from it.... they got to take this serious or it will snowball rapidly.
