because this business is full of egomaniacs and sociopaths who are just busy to piss each others legs instead of using their brains to cooperate on some levels like companies do in every other branch. now they get the bill.
where have all the huge producers and site owners been when this tube concept started 10 years ago? they were busy playing their small "exclusive" games to piss each others leg, while the tubes stole their content and rose up. now all their valuable "exclusive" content is exclusive also to tubes and pirates. it is kind of funny if some still boast about having exclusive stuff and girls, while you can watch same full scene at a tube or download it via torrent.
now tubes have majority of the porn traffic and all now give their content for free to desperately get a slice of this (bad) traffic with 50% revshare.
why do they wonder why sales become even less when they eagerly feed the tubes?
1. we have tubes who teach people that porn is a "free" thing, nobody must pay for
2. than we have pirates on top, millions of free scenes on tubes are not enought, because in their opinion there is a "human right" that porn has to be "free". so they steal and share new scenes immediately. of course torrent mass spreaders earn per download
in the end classic pay porn will be dead and no new content will be produced. only thing what will survive beside webcam is individual stuff like special content wishes of a well paying client. tubes have the advantage that they also can put traffic to penis pills (physical products you can't copy) and such stuff to make earnings. so they have the longest breath in the end. maybe they than even start to produce their own content when nobody is there to feed them anymore?
