What's the difference between Legalporno and Sineplex?

As far I know Sineplex was the company name when they produced in russia during the golden times.
Once they moved to prague to shoot there they became Legalporno. But suppose owner also changed.
Why they have many unreleased scenes? because they shot during golden times more than they could reasonably publish and maybe they smelled that someday russian porn will be dead due to laws and shot as much as possible.
