The Baltics need no visa as they are EU.

but latvia cant be compared with russia about amount of newcomers. latvian market is an small addition for a few good models but by far not a revolution.

Latvia can't add that many gals to the biz. Besides Riga it's like little villages where attitude is a bit conservative...even more than in Hu or RO where in the gold years even (some) families supported some first shootings

Well a certain layer of the Russian society in Latvia might gave that family support, too.
But you have to make it look more glamour first and than get the Latvians out of the studio management.
